Daniel Loza and his team are the best in the business. My property caught on fire and I signed a contract with an ambulance chaser, public adjuster. The adjuster was not handling himself professionally. He was withholding information. Out of concern I reached out to The Loza Law Firm. From our first meeting Daniel, the attorney, listened very carefully. After I explained the situation, he laid out all the possible options, he was patient and would reiterate himself if I missed information. Once my concerns were addressed, he proceeded to share more valuable information regarding the insurance process and how it works. In one meeting he gave me a crash course of factual information and life experience that applies to these cases. Shortly after the meeting, Daniel helped me communicate to the insurance what I was experiencing with my Public Adjuster. Daniel spearheaded, and succeeded in talking to the insurance and the public adjuster’s lawyer to settle things as swiftly and passively as possible. The Public Adjuster was released shortly after. On top of all of this and on a separate occasion Daniel helped my tenant, who was also working with the same public adjuster, understand the situation as she was being lied to by him as well. He helped me help her with the items her insurance needed from us. There is a lot more to this story, but I just want to say that The Loza Law Firm treated me with care, patience and generosity.
